The Albany alumni chapter cordially invites you to A Day at the Races with Niagara University on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Saratoga Race Course.

 

Join fellow Niagarans in the Clubhouse, in At the Rail Pavilion where you’ll have a trackside view of all the live racing action. Your ticket will include admission, buffet, and conveniently located betting facilities. The elaborate buffet luncheon features hot and cold entrees, lavish salads, and a dessert station. There will be cash bar service.

 

Gates open at 10:30 a.m. and the first race is at 1:00 p.m. You will be able to access the At the Rail Pavilion at 11:30 a.m. and the buffet will begin at noon and continue until 3 p.m. You will have access to your assigned table until the last live race is official. General parking is free of charge.

There will be an alumni gathering the night before the races on Friday, July 27th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott, located at 11 Excelsior Avenue, Saratoga Springs, N.Y., 12866.  The casual gathering is a great opportunity to hang out and catch up with fellow Niagarans.  There is no additional charge for this event, but we do ask that you indicate on the registration form whether or not you are attending.

Tickets:
$80/person
Tickets can be picked up at the NU check-in table at the Wright Street entrance.  After the races begin, you can pick up your tickets at the will call window.

 

Dress Code:

Business Casual. No jeans, shorts or other abbreviated wear. Gentlemen: collared shirts required, but sports jackets are optional. Ladies: dresses, skirts or pant suits.
